In this context, SEMW's DMP method mixing pile equipment was put into use in the pile foundation and enclosure engineering project of the 021-02 plot project in Huangpu District, Shanghai. The equipment has become a pioneer in local green engineering construction by virtue of its excellent intelligent digital construction technology, little disturbance to the surrounding environment, high pile quality, and low-carbon and environmentally friendly construction.

The pile foundation and enclosure project of the 021-02 plot project in Huangpu District, Shanghai is located in Nanjing East Road, Huangpu District, Shanghai. It is one of the key projects in the "14th Five-Year Plan" of Huangpu District. Its construction project is planned to be residential buildings and commercial service buildings. The construction site is less than 3 meters away from the old building, which is sensitive to deformation and vibration caused by foundation construction, and the construction is difficult.

The DMP method mixing piles of this project are mainly used for pile foundations and maintenance projects within the site. The total volume of mixing piles required for the project is about 7,500 cubic meters, 168 piles, 850mm pile diameter, 12~43m depth, and 15% cement content.

The complex terrain and space require extremely high pile quality. In addition, since there are many new and old buildings around the site, the construction requires low noise to reduce nuisance to residents. Measures are also required to reduce construction disturbances, ground uplift, cement slurry loss and other issues.

Faced with this difficult challenge, Shanggong Machinery's DMP method mixing pile equipment had made sufficient preparations before entering the site. Based on a deep insight into the project's micro-disturbance mixing pile construction needs, the DMP method mixing pile equipment is safe, efficient, low-fault, stable and accurate, and can quickly adapt to the construction environment. Although the speed slowed down after entering the sand layer 30m underground, the excellent construction performance of completing 5 43m piles in 12 hours ensured the project's construction progress.

The DMP method mixing pile equipment jointly developed by Shanggong Machinery, Shanghai Yuanfeng and Tongji University adopts a digital construction control system, controls the rotation of the mixing blades, and simultaneously sprays slurry and gas on four drill rods to achieve automated pile construction. The equipment realizes micro-disturbance construction through automatic control of the ground pressure and the pressure discharge channel formed on the outside when the special-shaped drill rod rotates, which solves the problems of uneven pile body strength, low information level, difficult to control construction quality, large displacement of soil, large construction disturbance, and low pile efficiency in the traditional mixing pile construction process.
The DMP method mixing pile equipment adopts an intelligent digital construction control system, which makes the quality of the construction process controllable and greatly improves the convenience of construction. The digital construction control system collects and displays parameters such as grouting pressure, slurry flow, jet pressure, ground pressure, pile depth, pile speed, and pile verticality; it can generate a construction record sheet containing parameters such as pile length, construction time, ground pressure, cement consumption, and pile verticality; at the same time, the construction parameters can be uploaded to the centralized control center to achieve real-time monitoring of the construction process.
