The Jiyun Canal is one of the main rivers in the northern three river systems of the Haihe River Basin, and undertakes the important task of discharging floods from the northern three river systems.
The Hangu section of the Jiyun Canal is located in the lower reaches of the river. In the "23.7" basin-wide flood of the Haihe River, some embankments and roads along the embankments were damaged. This section was managed according to the flood control standard of once in 10 years from 1992 to 2002. According to the requirements of the "Haihe River Basin Flood Control Plan" on the flood control standard of once in 20 years for the Jiyun Canal, this section of the embankment is now heightened and reinforced, and the embankment top road surface is hardened.
This project is of greatest significance for implementing the Jiyun Canal upgrading and renovation project, ensuring the comprehensive improvement of the flood control and drainage capabilities of this section of the Jiyun Canal, and ensuring the flood control and drainage safety along both sides of the Jiyun Canal, Ninghe New City, downstream Hangu New City and Sino-Singapore Eco-City, as well as other areas on both sides of the Jiyun Canal.
At present, the Jiyun Canal governance project has entered the sprint stage and is required to be put into use before the flood season this year. The construction period is very tight.
The total length of the embankment renovation project (Hangu section of the Jiyun Canal Binhai New District) is 26.767km. Since the construction site is close to the Jiyun Canal, the geological conditions are complex. The upper geological layer is mostly backfill soil, 3-4 meters below is shell land, and the deep is mainly clay and rubble. In addition, the site is extremely narrow and located in the tidal highland. Whenever the rainy season comes, the water level rises and the river water infiltrates into the main roads in the urban area, resulting in serious waterlogging. The complex working conditions make the construction quite difficult.
The construction party used a variety of mixing pile technology and rotary jet pile technology to test piles in the early stage, but the construction efficiency and wall quality were not good, and all ended in failure. After a long period of discussion, the construction party considered the construction efficiency and high wall quality as the starting point, and finally decided to use the TRD technology for construction. From the perspective of time nodes and construction geology, it is quite challenging, and it also puts higher requirements on construction equipment.
The expansion and layout of Shanggong Machinery's TRD products over the years has produced results.
The total construction volume of the TRD multi-section water-stop curtain continuous wall in this section is about 20,000 cubic meters, with a wall thickness of 600mm and a depth of 12m. The maximum construction depth of the equipment is 50m, the wall width is 550-900mm, and the construction net height is 6.8m-10m. At the same time, the equipment has an intelligent construction management system, which makes operation and management easier, allowing owners to track the construction process and remotely monitor the construction quality.
